At Sweets, Treats, and More, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality freeze-dried candy products available. However, due to the nature of our products and the potential for food contamination, we have a strict non-refund policy in place.

Please note the following important points:

  • All sales are final and we do not offer refunds for any products purchased on our website or in-store.
  • We do not accept returns of any products, regardless of the reason for return.
  • Customized or special order products are non-refundable and non-returnable

Before making a purchase, we strongly advise that you carefully review the product description and check the product’s ingredients or nutritional information if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact our customer service department prior to making your purchase.

In the event that a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, we ask that you contact our customer service department immediately and provide us with a photograph of the damaged product. We will then work with you to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages or issues that may occur during transit. All our products are packaged with great care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

We stand behind the quality of our products and believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
